Appointment & Timing

  • We recommend scheduling bridal alterations 2–3 months before your wedding day to allow time for fittings and final adjustments. Prom and formal wear appointments should also be booked early during peak seasons.

  • The number of fittings depends on the garment and alterations needed. Most bridal gowns require multiple fittings to ensure the perfect fit.

  • Please bring the shoes, undergarments, and accessories you plan to wear with your garment to ensure the most accurate fit and alterations.

  • Yes. We provide same-day estimates whenever possible during your consultation appointment.

  • Clients arriving more than 15 minutes late may need to reschedule or receive limited services depending on the remaining appointment time.

  • Yes. Rush services may be available depending on the garment type, timeline, and availability. Additional rush fees may apply.

  • You're welcome to bring two to four guests to your appointments. While children are permitted, we advise against bringing them due to the nature of the fitting process. For the protection of our garments, we do not allow food or beverages in our shop.

  • We certainly work with custom pieces and vintage dresses. Our services include adding sleeves, creating jackets for cooler weather weddings, and incorporating bows. We take particular pleasure in restoring and altering vintage wedding gowns.

  • Indeed, we offer alterations for mother of the bride dresses. Our expertise extends to a wide range of formal wear, including wedding gowns, bridesmaid dresses, prom attire, and debutante gowns.

Pricing

  • Alteration pricing varies based on the garment, fabric, design complexity, and services requested. Estimates are provided during consultations.

  • Yes. A $50 deposit is required to reserve an appointment and may be applied toward alteration services.

  • Consultation, cancellation, rush, and service fees may be nonrefundable once professional time or garment work has begun.

  • Yes. Rush fees may apply for garments requiring completion within shortened timeframes.

  • Final payment is required before we begin work on any garment. Payment is due in full at the end of each appointment. Payment plan options are available on a case to case basis.

Polices

  • Appointments cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice, missed appointments, or no-shows may be subject to a cancellation or rebooking fee.

  • Changes in weight, posture, undergarments, shoes, or body shape after fittings may affect garment fit and require additional alterations and fees.

  • Because alterations are custom services, completed alteration work and merchandise sales are generally nonrefundable.

  • Once garment work, cutting, or alterations begin, clients become financially responsible for the approved services.

  • Yes. Client information, appointments, and personal details are kept confidential and are never sold or shared with outside companies.
