Gloria Eskandari

Gloria has worked with brides since 1986. She began with simple bridal alterations and later moved on to designing custom wedding gowns and special-occasion dresses.She has a keen artistic eye and can show you what is needed to make a dress shine. With her creativity, experience, and excellent customer service, she has earned the respect of bridal boutiques and the brides she has worked with. She is an expert at redesigning wedding gowns and special-occasion dresses, bringing your vision to life.

FRONT DESK ADMINISTRATOR

Tiffany Broxton

Tiffany Broxton oversees front desk administration, customer care, and daily operations at Lace Alterations. She first met Gloria over 20 years ago while working together at a bridal salon, where their connection quickly grew into a relationship more like family than coworkers. Tiffany attended fashion school and developed a passion for fabrics, design, and the bridal industry, later gaining experience in bridal gown sales, bridesmaids management, pressing gowns, and shipping and receiving. With a strong background in customer service and a creative spirit rooted in entrepreneurship and crafts, Tiffany is passionate about creating warm, welcoming experiences and helping every client feel cared for throughout their special moments.

SEAMSTRESS

Shirin Rozati

Shirin Rozati discovered her passion for sewing and fashion at the age of 12 after taking sewing classes and learning to use her mother’s electric sewing machine. After immigrating, she worked hard to support her family while continuing to refine her skills as a seamstress, eventually meeting Gloria, who became both a mentor and longtime colleague for the past 14 years. A proud mother of three successful children, Shirin enjoys adventure, travel, and activities like zip-lining, skydiving, and swimming. She loves being a part of the bridal industry because it allows her to contribute to one of the most meaningful and unforgettable moments in a woman’s life through her craftsmanship and care at Lace Alterations.

Bibi Razi

Bibi Razi is an experienced seamstress with more than 40 years of expertise in creating and sewing dresses from scratch. Her background includes eight years with David’s Bridal and 18 years of charitable sewing work in her home country, where she crafted dresses and handmade decorative pieces for others. Since joining Lace Alterations in 2021, Bibi has continued sharing her passion, warmth, and attention to detail with every client, treating each bride like family and caring for them as if they were her own daughters.

Dana Jones

With over 15 years of experience in bridal fashion, Dana combines couture craftsmanship with personalized client care to create timeless bridal designs and luxury alterations. Her training includes studies at Parsons School of Design, advanced couture techniques in Paris, and specialized expertise in draping, corsetry, lace appliqué, and couture sewing. In addition to bridal fashion, Dana has spent the last five years working in Film & Entertainment, tailoring wardrobes and building costumes for major studios and A-list entertainers. Backed by a 27-year leadership career in business development and management, Dana is known for blending technical expertise, professionalism, and elegant design to deliver an exceptional client experience.

Monier ( Moni ) Asghari

Monier (Moni) Asghari has loved sewing for as long as she can remember, inspired by watching her mother sew and developing a lifelong passion for fabrics, creativity, and craftsmanship. She specializes in clothing and custom pieces, carefully bringing each client’s vision to life with patience, attention to detail, and a welcoming approach that helps clients feel comfortable and confident throughout the process. Moni takes pride in creating meaningful, personalized designs and loves seeing the joy her work brings to others. Outside of sewing, she is also the proud mother of her daughter, Ela, who continues to inspire her every day.
